The magic behind yoga
The benefits of a yoga practice are plenty. It will help you sleep deeper, bring flexibility and strength to your body and life, boost your immune system, give you a sacred space to pause and find peace. It will enhance the relationship with yourself and others, bringing self-awareness to the way you live your life and connecting you to your body and inner guidance.
I stepped on a yoga mat for the first time in 2011, while in the middle of rice fields in Bali, and since then it's been a yogi kind of love. I came back to the island a few years later to do my yoga teacher training with YogaWorks. Yoga transformed my life and taught me about acceptance, connection and love. It brought me freedom and back home to my true nature. Yoga has a way to bring a deeper connection to our bodies and ourselves, to light up something deep within us.
Group Yoga Classes
At Cabinet 22, in old town Geneva.
Classes are open to all-levels and beginners are more than welcome. The aim is to connect to your body, move and create space for stillness and relaxation in your day.
Classes are vinyasa flow style, linking breath and movement together in a flowy sequence, to gain flexibility and strength, with some breathing techniques and meditation. I believe yoga is for everybody. I like to create a sacred space for people to breathe and pause, to get into their bodies, to be themselves, to connect to their hearts, with the aim to leave the class more relaxed and at peace. I also love to share a message or text to inspire, bring reflection and enjoy a little shake & dance once in a while to free the body.
In a cosy and charming studio in old town Geneva.
