“Relationships between women . . .
are kinship relationships of the most important kind.”
~ Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés
Women have been gathering for centuries, all over the world.
In a world where the patriarchy is still alive, where autopilot is on, where busy is unfortunately still glorified, where expressing and showing your emotions have been seen as weak, where social media brings a sense of lack, of not enough, of not belonging. It is not always an easy walk to be a human - and a woman.
I don’t know who would I be without the women in my life. Women are magic. They make me laugh, they make me stronger, they make me braver, they show me the way, they encourage me, they hold space for me, they believe in me, they hold me, they teach me, they open their hearts.
Attending a women’s circle is a great way to:
☾ Connect and meet new like-minded souls. Surrounding yourself with people who are going to lift you higher can change your life.
☾ Open your heart and mind, discover new ways of being and living.
☾ By showing up, sharing stories, expressing, you are giving yourself and the others a gift. There is something special and powerful about expressing yourself in a safe space, where you feel held and supported by other women. It brings spaciousness and freedom within your body. It gives you strength.
☾ You are not alone. We often think we’re the only ones who feel weird, misunderstood and different. When we start to open up and show vulnerability, we are met with compassion.
☾ Celebrate our womanhood.
☾ If you want to talk about what it’s like to be a woman and dive deeper into our richness and wisdom.
I’ve experienced the magic of women through women’s friendships, mothers, grand-mothers, aunties, mentors, teachers, women’s circles, and numerous women’s entrepreneurs group. Face to face and online. Across the world. And it is the most powerful force. To be heard, to be seen, to be supported, to be acknowledge, to be lift higher, to give and receive love, to have someone believe in you.
If you want to experience the magic of women gathering together, join us this Sunday 22nd at Cabinet 22 for our first intimate Women's Circle, in old town Geneva. From 11am to 12.30pm. Bring a notebook & pen and comfortable clothes as we will be sitting. More info here.
