My work is an invitation to dive into your womanhood. To embrace the wild woman. To feel whole. To love yourself like you never had before. To tap into the love within that will create a new intimate relationship with your whole being. To not take life too seriously and have a little bit of fun as you discover who you are. To have the courage to change and look at your story with new eyes and a brave heart so you can write a new chapter and live a life aligned to your potential and wildest dreams.
We’ve been so disconnected from the sacredness of what it means to be a woman, from why we’re here on this planet.
This is an invitation for women to rise together, to create ripple effects of a love so deep within ourselves that it can shake things up all around us, for the better.
I want you to feel alive in your body. To feel whole and wild at heart.
Through my work over the years (and my own life experience) - from teaching yoga, to hosting women’s circles and one-on-one sessions, I realised women share similar fears, limiting beliefs, romantic patterns, body disconnection, self-esteem and self-worth issues. We don’t trust our intuition, voice and right to be here. For that reason, I invite women to take up space. To stand tall and express what’s hiding in the corners of their hearts so they can find that deep exhale, that liberation from “what ifs”.
I have been there. And in many ways, I am still on this journey of uncovering the layers of old stories my subconscious take as the truth. But through my life experience, trainings and work, I have been able to transform and bloom into the brave hearted, whole, wild at heart woman that I am now.
My intention is not to show you the path, as I am still on it (and believe we never really arrive as it’s just part of our time on this planet) but I am walking alongside you sharing my knowledge, experience and practices that make life a little more intentional and aligned.
Our time together is about YOUR SELF-DISCOVERY. To explore who you are through different tools that involve the body, the heart and rewiring your mind. To connect to your true nature and ground your roots in love and self-worth so you can soar and create a life based on your heart’s desires.
After our one-on-one sessions, you will:

⋙ Get a better understanding and love of your menstrual cycle and how to embrace each inner season of your cycle so you can thrive, pause, shine and create.
